One Dead, One Injured In Early Morning Fairfax County Shooting, Police Say (

One person was killed and a second injured following a double shooting in Fairfax County on Saturday morning. Shortly after midnight on June 29, officers were called to the 4100 block of Wadsworth Court in Annandale, where there was a reported shooting in the area. Upon arrival, police say that officers found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were rushed to an area hospital, where one died and the other was treated and evaluated for what were described as non-life-threatening injuries. Man Accused Of Illegally Touching 6-Year-Old At Virginia Playground: Police
A 47-year-old man who allegedly inappropriately touched a 6-year-old at a Virginia playground is behind bars, police say. Shortly after 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, officers from the Fairfax County Police Department apprehended Merrifield resident Victor Villalobos following an investigation into a reported sexual battery involving a child. Boy, 17, Shot Dead In Prince William County
A 17-year-old was shot and killed overnight in Prince William County, police said. Officers responded to the Misty Ridge Apartments located in the 15000 block of Lost Canyon Ct in Woodbridge around 12:45 a.m. on Tuesday, June 18. Responding officers found the 17-year-old boy in an outdoor stairwell suffering from gunshot wounds, police said. Stabbing Suspect Arrested In Arlington, Police Say
A 42-year-old man has been arrested in an Arlington stabbing, police said. Nicolas Godinez-Andres was outside of an apartment building with the victim on the 4300 block of 4th Street N., when the two became arguing around 11:20 Friday, June 14, police said. Things escalated at which point Godinez-Andres assaulted the victim with a knife before fleeing the scene on foot. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to an area hospital. Hidden Cameras Found In Bathrooms Of Popular Fairfax County Cafe
Police ere are investigating a pair of hidden cameras found in bathrooms of a Falls Church cafe earlier this month. The discoveries were made in the bathrooms of Northside Social on Park Ave., city police said. A customer was the one who noticed a pen-like device placed under the sink and facing a toilet in one of the eatery's first-floor restrooms, authorities said.
