Locked Up, Fired Up: Three Maryland Inmates Accused Of Setting Separate Prison Blazes At ECI
Things got a little too hot to handle for a group of inmates at the Eastern Correctional Institution, and they each will now face new arson charges after three separate incidents, the Maryland State Fire Marshal announced on Thursday.
On March 19, deputy state fire marshals served criminal summonses at the facility in Westover, charging Matthew Moore, 33, Dylan Davin, 29, and River Donovan, 28, over the past few weeks.
The series of fire events kicked off late last month when Moore allegedly set a fire in his cell, and it was ultimately ruled arson.
