Ohio Man Charged For 2023 Rape In Virginia, Police Say
Nearly one year later, a man from out of state who came to Virginia is facing charges in connection to an sexual assault in Arlington, police say. Hamza Omar, 20, of Columbus, Ohio, has been arrested following a yearlong investigation into an alleged sexual assault that was reported in the Radnor / Ft. Myer Heights neighborhood in October 2023.
