Emergency Crews Rescue Person Pinned Under Excavator In Virginia A person was hospitalized Monday morning after being trapped under a piece of heavy machinery in Arlington. First responders from the Arlington County Fire Department were called shortly before noon to the 3500 block of Potomac Street for reports of a person pinned beneath a toppled mini excavator.
