Police Name Second Suspect In Deadly Downtown Virginia Shooting (Updated) Fredericksburg police have identified a second suspect in the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Tyler Lee Jones over the weekend, adding a major development to the case. Izaiah Jabbar Daniels, 21, of Woodford, was arrested during a vehicle stop by the Orange County Sheriff's Office and is now facing the following charges that include second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Roger Ruffner, 66, couldn't wait to get his caffeine fix on Monday morning, and broke dozens of window panels at Hyperion Espresso during a strange scene that played out in the 300 block of William Street.
