Driver Arrested In U-Turn Crash That Injured Four In Virginia, Sheriff Says
An uninsured driver sent four people to the hospital after making a reckless U-Turn, then attempting to flee through the woods in Stafford County over the weekend. Antonio Mascorro, 24, is facing multiple charges after causing a midday crash on the Chatham Bridge when he drove his Jeep into a Honda Civic while making the illegal turn. Failed Valve To Blame For Ammonia Leak That Sickened 33 Employees In Loudoun County
Investigators have determined what caused an ammonia leak that led to the evacuation of a Loudoun County industrial building and left dozens feeling sick. Shortly after 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday night, the Loudoun County Emergency Communications Center was contacted about a reported gas leak in the 22400 block of Sous Vide Lane in Sterling, which in fact turned out to be an ammonia leak. Forecasters are cautioning that oppressive heat may be headed to the DMV region with temperatures possibly approaching 100 degrees in the area.
