Sylvanus Massaquoi is believed to have shot the three males on the 800 block of Edwards Ferry Road NE in Leesburg around 7:45 p.m. Thursday, May 30, police said. Fidel Ordonez Molina assaulted the victim, took his phone and fled on foot around 5:20 p.m. Friday, May 17 at the Sheetz station on Edwards Ferry Road NE, Leesburg police said.
