The former Metropolitan Police Department officer whose underage victim came forward after a chance encounter was convicted by a DC Superior Court jury of abusing a teen girl, federal authorities announced. District resident Lucius Kearney, now 52, was convicted of first-degree sexual abuse of a child following an incident nearly 20 years ago, according to officials. Knife-Wielding Woman Killed In Officer-Involved Fairfax County Shooting Identified By Police
Additional information has been released by the Fairfax County Police Department after a knife-wielding woman was killed in an officer-involved shooting earlier this week. A former police officer in Maryland who broke bad has been convicted for violating a man's civil rights, using excessive force, and crossing the line during an incident in Northeast DC, federal authorities announced.
