A Northern Virginia rideshare driver is facing charges after allegedly assaulting a passenger during a trip through Fairfax County, authorities said.
Mohsen Moslehi-Nik, 64, of Centreville, was arrested Thursday, March 20, after turning himself in at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.

A Virginia man is behind bars after allegedly abducting a woman and attempting to sexually assault her when she got into his vehicle, police said.
Jose Mauricio Sosas Ramos, 58, of Alexandria, was arrested following the attack, which happened around 3 a.m. on Sunday, March 9, in the 7700 block of Richmond Highway in Hybla Valley, according to Fairfax County police.
Investigators say a woman was walking in the area when Sosas Ramos pulled up and offered her a ride. Once she was inside the vehicle, he allegedly refused to let her leave and tried to sexually assault her.
