New details have been released after an 80-year-old pedestrian died from injuries after being struck by a pick-up truck near a Virginia shopping center. Vienna resident Choon Kook has been identified by investigators as the person who suffered fatal injuries in Fairfax County when a driver was turning into the Oakton Shopping Center.
