Teen Arrested After Loaded Gun Found In Backpack At Virginia High School: Police An Arlington Community High School student is in custody after a loaded firearm with an extended magazine was found in his backpack, police said. The incident unfolded around noon on Monday, Dec. 2, when a school security guard at the school on the 4400 block of Fairfax Drive discovered the gun and suspected marijuana during a search.  The school was placed on lockdown as Arlington police responded and took the 17-year-old into custody.
