Cecilia Anne Keefer, 34, is wanted on multiple charges following an incident that played out early on Thursday, Feb. 27 at Linden Park Apartments in Triangle, according to Prince William County Police.
Specifically, Keefer is wanted for:
- Aggravated malicious wounding;
- Felony hit and run;
- Assault and battery.
Officers responded to the 3600 block of Jurgensen Drive around 2 a.m. for a reported assault. They found a 23-year-old woman who had been beaten and then struck by a vehicle, authorities said.
Investigators determined that Keefer and the victim, who knew each other, got into a verbal argument inside a vehicle before it turned physical.
Police said Keefer repeatedly struck the victim inside the car before the woman managed to get out.
That’s when Keefer allegedly hit the woman with the vehicle before driving off, officials said. She was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police obtained arrest warrants for Keefer, but attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful.
Keefer is described as being 5-foot-6, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Prince William County Police.
