Reston Woman, 26, Killed By Car On Leesburg Pike Was 'Hard Worker With Great Dreams' Support is on the rise for the family of a 26-year-old Reston woman struck and killed by a vehicle on Leesburg Pike earlier this month. Giomarie Davila-Ocasio walked into the westbound lanes of the roadway when she was struck by a 2016 Ford Explorer around 3:45 a.m. on Saturday, July 20 in Great Falls, Fairfax County police said. The driver of the vehicle initially left the scene but returned shortly after and Davila-Ocasio was pronounced dead at the scene. DUI Teen Driver Arrested In Fatal Pedestrian Crash, Fairfax County Police Say A DUI teenage driver has been charged in a Fairfax County crash that killed a 35-year-old pedestrian this weekend, authorities said. The 17-year-old driver of a 2017 Jeep Cherokee was heading east on Lorton Road near Timarand Drive in Lortin, when he struck Jamar Caper, 35, of Alexandria, who was trying to cross Lorton Road around 10:35 p.m. Saturday, July 20, county police said.
