One adult and three children were injured in a Thursday morning crash following a pursuit that started in Virginia and ended on I-495 in Maryland, officials say. Shortly after 8:45 a.m. on Thursday morning, Virginia State Police attempted to stop a vehicle heading north on I-95 in Fairfax County, when the driver sped away, prompting a pursuit.
