A 43-year-old Alexandria man exposed himself, then attempted to avoid his arrest in Arlington before being taken down by officers, police say. Officers were called late on Sunday afternoon in the area of the Arlington County Trades Center, where there were reports of man who exposed himself outside of a business in front of a woman.
