The 25-year-old found himself in trouble with the law not once, but twice this week after a strange situation played out on Sunday night that only got stranger the following morning after he was hospitalized. Two women and a girl arguing loudly brought a police response to a Target parking lot in Stafford, police said. The trio were screaming and causing a scene at the South Gateway Drive store in Fredericksburg, around 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 31, the county sheriff's office said. A 51-year-old woman was arrested for exposing herself in an Arlington parking garage, police said. Police were called to the 1700 block of Wilson Boulevard for a report of disorderly conduct where June Lee, of Culpeper, had apparently exposed herself, police said. She was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and held without bond.
