A tip from the Northern Virginia/DC Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force led to the arrest of a Woodbridge man who was in possession of child porn, police say. Montana Jo Johnson, 31, was arrested last month on multiple charges, and on Thursday, the Prince William County Police Department concluded their investigation. Woodbridge Jhalil Malik Hardin, 24, was arrested on Oct. 24 following a months-long probe into an alleged incident involving a 26-year-old woman in July. Umaru Kelvin Davies, 31, was arrested on Oct. 22, after apartment management alerted the police to a reported indecent exposure incident after he allegedly did so and made inappropriate gestures at the Longview Apartments in the 13700 block of Lynn Street.
