Eric Clark, 29, is at large following a chain-reaction crash that caused one driver to suffer minor injuries earlier this week. DUI Driver Hospitalized After Rollover Crash In Stafford County, Sheriff Says A driver in Virginia had one too many and is facing a DUI charge after crashing and finding himself in a perilous position, according to the sheriff's office. Members of the Stafford County Sheriff's Office were called on Friday night when an 82-year-old man required assistance after flipping his SUV and landing on the roof.  Deputies were called to the 1900 block of Mountain View Road at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 11 where there were reports of an SUV that had flipped over and was upside down with the driver trapped inside.
