Boaters Rescued From Capsized Sailboat Near Woodrow Wilson Bridge A pair of boaters were rescued when their sailboat capsized near the Woodrow Wilson Bridge over the weekend. Members of Fairfax County Police Department's Marine Patrol Unit helped rescued the pair from the Potomac River Sunday, June 18. The boat was uprighted and safely taken to the Belle Haven Marina.
