A 22-year-old Paterson man showered a 15-year-old Indiana girl he'd met online with money, gifts and compliments before paying an Uber driver to bring her to him for sex, federal authorities said. Prince William County police say they arrested a third man involved in a June 2021 shootout that injured a 9-year-old girl. Jerrell Joseph Blakey Jr., 22, of Woodbridge, was arrested and charged over the weekend with attempted malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, Prince William County police said.
