Woman, 24, Killed After Slamming Into Stopped Tractor-Trailer On I-95 In Virginia (Developing) A 24-year-old woman is dead after being struck by a tractor-trailer in the middle of I-95 on Sunday morning, police say. Richmond resident Tamara Eddy has been identified by state police investigators as the person killed shortly after 1 a.m. in the northbound lanes of the interstate in Stafford County. Police say a 2023 Freightliner tractor-trailer was stopped in the center lane for an unrelated crash when it was rear-ended by Eddy's 2022 Subaru. Eddy was killed in the crash.
