A pair of jokesters made the job easy for members of the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office over the weekend. Investigators didn’t have to work hard to bust two men who first made prank calls to the sheriff’s office while having a party at Motel 6 and were initially given a slap on the wrist and reminder to only call 911 in the event of an emergency before going back to the well one too many times. A day after students returned to the classroom following Easter Break, a teen who flippantly made a social media threat purportedly targeting a Virginia high school has been apprehended, according to authorities. A family is grieving after two teen sisters who died of injuries sustained in a violent weekend car crash in Spotsylvania, authorities announced. Riverbend High School junior Dawn Donnelly and senior Alexyss Scott, were in a 2005 Honda Accord with two other individuals when the driver lost control and caromed into an embankment on River Road and Musket Right Lane over the weekend, authorities said.
