I-81 Tractor Trailer Crash Jams Traffic In Rockingham County For Miles A tractor trailer crash on I-81 had traffic piled up in Rockingham County on Monday afternoon, Sept. 18. The crash happened in the northbound lanes at mile marker 247.1 just before Exit 247A, the VDOT website said. The north left shoulder and left lane are closed.
