A burglar who targeted a Spotsylvania school and church is behind bars after being busted with stolen items in his home, authorities announced James Edward Romick, Jr. 47, was arrested following an investigation into a pair of burglaries in the Spotsylvania Courthouse area that were reported in the last week, officials confirmed.
