Police ID 19-Year-Old Killed In Valentine's Day Fairfax County Dump Truck Crash Police have identified the victim of a Valentine's Day dump truck crash in Fairfax County as a 19-year-old man. Jason Emeric Brunsman, of Occoquan, rear-ended a roll back dumpster Wednesday, Feb. 14 at approximately 6:25 a.m. on Richmond Highway at Giles Run Road in Lorton, county police said. Carrington Fitzgerald was heading south on Richmond Highway while a Honda Accord driver was stopped in the left turn lane at Burnch Crest Way in Lorton, attempting to make a U-turn around 5:10 p.m., Fairfax County police said.
