Arsonist Nabbed After String Of Car Fires In Stafford County: Police A 19-year-old arsonist was arrested in Stafford after he set multiple cars on fire, police said. Michael Bowling was tracked down by police and during an arson investigation involving two separate vehicle fires, Stafford County Police said. The first incident occurred at around 1:35 a.m. on July 16, when fire officials reported to the 100 block of Hamlin Drive to extinguish a car engulfed in flames, authorities said.
