A teenager was charged following an investigation into a bomb threat that was made targeting a Prince William County high school, police say. On Tuesday morning, the School Resource Officer assigned to Hylton High School on Spriggs Road in Woodbridge was notified about a threat made via email targeting the building. A 15-year-old student was arrested on Thursday, May 19, for bringing a loaded gun and two knives to a Dumfries high school. Administrators at Potomac Senior High School called Prince William County police after the student showed a gun to a classmate in one of the bathrooms, an incident report said.
