Man Killed By Car In Fairfax County A man was struck and killed by a car early Thursday, Feb. 15 in Fairfax County, police said. The crash happened at Route 1 and Huntington Avenue in Belle Haven, police reported around 7:30 a.m. The man, a pedestrian, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver remained at the scene.
