A couple accused of stealing more than $158,000 from retails stores across the DMV and North Carolina has been arrested.
Roxana Dumitru, 29, and Ionut-Robert Ionescu, 30, both of Laurel, MD, are accused of stealing approximately $6,400 worth of merchandise from the Ulta store on Village Market Boulevard in Leesburg Friday afternoon, Oct. 27, 2023, Leesburg police said.
