Virginia Mom Accused Of Sexually Abusing Twin Teen Neighbors: Reports A 38-year-old Virginia mother is accused of raping a pair of 15-year-old twin neighbors, various news reports say, citing a criminal complaint. Ashleigh Watts, of Chesapeake, was charged last week with three counts of indecency with a minor, PEOPLE reports citing the complaint.
