A high-speed chase involving a stolen car in Maryland escalated dangerously Monday night when the driver rammed a Virginia State Police vehicle, sending the trooper into a power pole and downing live wires across Route 1, officials said. The pursuit began around 11:19 p.m. on Nov. 25, when Alexandria Police attempted to stop a Hyundai Elantra stolen out of Prince George’s County. Suspect Vehicle In Manassas Woman's Murder Could Be In Loudoun County, Cops Say
Police in Manassas are searching for a suspect vehicle in a Manassas killing of an 18-year-old woman. Ashlin Paz, of no fixed address, was shot and killed in a wooded area near Pineview Road and Cregger Lane around 8:25 p.m. Thursday, July 18.
