The successful execution of a search warrant in the 200 block of Herndon Station Square led to the arrest of a 44-year-old Steven Timothy Kyle, though it resulted to more questions than answers when officers found chemicals and other substances that "caused some alarm," a police spokesperson said. HAZMAT: Overturned Propane Tanker Sends 3 To Hospital, Jams I-395 A crash that left a propane tanker overturned sent three people to the hospital on Wednesday afternoon, July 26 on I-395 in Arlington. The crash happened in the southbound lanes between Shirlington Circle and King Street around 1:30 p.m. HazMat crews were called to the scene as other responders brought the truck upright.  Three people were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries and the highway reopened around 4 p.m. Want breaking news in the DMV as it happens, or want to contribute?
