An Alexandria man who picked up a teen girl at an area park and sexually assaulted her at a DC park will spend years in prison after getting her pregnant and continuing to abuse her. Francisco Flores-Lopez, 34, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for sexually abusing a 14-year-old District resident, resulting in her getting pregnant, federal authorities announced.
