4-Year-Old Who Died Had Drugs In System, Dad Charged: Fairfax County PD A father has been arrested in Fairfax County in connection to the death of his 4-month-old son in Annandale, police announced. Last summer, first responders were called to the 4200 block of Americana Drive, where there were reports of an unresponsive infant who was being taken care of by his father, 37-year-old Shane Frye. The child was rushed to an area hospital, where he passed away.
