DUI Wrong-Way Unlicensed Driver Arrested 12 Beers Deep In Stafford: Sheriff A 34-year-old Fredericksburg was arrested after authorities learned he'd had 12 beers before driving from Washington DC to Stafford County on Friday, May 3, the sheriff's office said. Deputies responding to a drunk driver complaint found Jose Benitez-Benavides operating a Ford in going south in the northbound lanes of Richmond Highway near Landmark Drive around 10:40 p.m. Friday night, the Stafford County sheriff's office said.
