Newlywed Killed Riding On Hood Of DUI Driver's Car In Virginia: Cops
The family of a newly-married mother is reeling after she was killed while riding on the hood of a drunk driver's car this week in Virginia, police said. Dymond Thacker, 34, was thrown from the hood of 66-year-old Debra Elliott's car on the 5500 block of Bryant Hollow Road in Elkton Tuesday morning, April 16, Virginia State Police said.
