A 21-year-old man was arrested in what police say was a drug deal gone bad in Prince William County. The victim, also 21, had arranged to buy marijuana from Dorian Hugh Wilhoit, county police said. Police have captured two men wanted in a drug deal that ended in a shooting earlier this week in Prince William County, they said. Jamal Dana Allen, 18, and Jabari Antwaun Allen, 19, both of Camfield Court in Manasses, have been charged in the incident on Sudley Road Nov. 3, county police said. The 29-year-old Alexandria, VA man learned his fate for fatally shooting 22-year-old Henok Yohannes during a drug deal on Dec. 22, 2016, prosecutors said. On December 2020, the suspect, Taron Thomas, set up a marijuana deal at Tackett’s Mill Shopping Center, where he later shot and killed the victim, Matthew Costanzo, according to the Prince William County Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney. A Maryland man received back-to-back life sentences for inhumanely murdering two young adults from Montgomery County three years ago, the Montgomery County State’s Attorney Office reports.
