Virginia Dad Dies In Crash Days Before Welcoming 2nd Child: Family
A 28-year-old dad was killed in a Stafford County crash Thursday, Dec. 28 crash, authorities said. Christopher E. Lash, of King George, was not wearing a seatbelt when his 2016 Dodge Journey ran off the left side of Kings Highway east around 2:20 a.m., Virginia State Police said. Lash's vehicle struck an embankment before it overturned and collided with several trees. Lash was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. Wild Police Pursuit Leaves Driver Dead In Fairfax County
A 39-year-old man was ejected from his car and killed after leading cross-county police pursuit in northern Virginia over the weekend. Ashton Robinson, of Culpeper, fled the scene of a DWI checkpoint in New Baltimore, in a 2011 Dodge Journey around 1:20 a.m. Saturday, April 22, the Fairfax County Police Department said. Robinson was pursued by deputies from the Fauquier County Sheriff's Office. Stafford Man Suffers Medical Emergency While Driving, Mom Dies In Crash: Police
Authorities said a Stafford County man suffered a medical emergency while driving earlier this week, which caused him to crash. His mother died in the wreck. The 52-year-old Stafford man slammed into a tree in the 1400 block of U.S. 1 on Monday just after 10:30 a.m., the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said. He suffered a medical emergency that caused his 2009 Dodge Journey to leave the road near M & M Auto Parts.
