Man Takes Fatal Fall From Building Under Construction In Arlington
A man died after falling several stories from a building under construction in Arlington over the weekend, authorities said. The incident happened at Fairfax Drive and N. Quincy Street just before 7 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 2, city spokeswoman Ashley Savage said. ARL Now reports that the man was trespassing and climbing a rope before he fell eight stories. The man was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead, Savage said. Missing Virginia Man Found Dead
The search for Mateo Zevallos has come to a tragic end. The body of a man believed to be the missing 21-year-old George Mason University student was found in Shenandoah National Park on Sunday, May 21 around 12:15 p.m., according to Claire Comer, a spokeswoman for the park. Police did not say where in the park the body was found. The body is being transported to the Office of the Medical Examiner in Manassas for positive identification and determination of cause of death. Trails in the Overall Run area that were closed for search operations have been reopened.

Missing Virginia Dad's Body Found In 'Suspicious' Case, Family Says
A body was found near the vehicle of a missing Fairfax dad Wednesday, July 6 — and his family says it's his. Detectives found 53-year-old Juan Ward’s car in the 8500 block of Alban Road in Newington. Soon after, a body was found. Nighthawk Investigate Services says his car was moved to that location sometime between June 27 and 29. It was not clear where it had previously been parked.
