Spotsy Man Struck, Killed By 83-Year-Old DC Driver In Culpeper: Police A 71-year-old Spotsylvania man was struck and killed by a car last week in Culpeper, State Police said. The unidentified man was walking south along Rixeyville Road when he was struck by a 2015 GMC Denali also heading south, near Colvin Road around 9:50 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, according to state police. The pedestrian was wearing dark non-reflective clothing and was not in a crosswalk, police said.
