Katherine Watson knew that the writing was on the wall when she crashed through a fence and totaled her vehicle in Stafford County. "I'm going to get a DUI," the 19-year-old sobbed as members of the Stafford County Sheriff's Office responded to an early morning Sunday crash, officials said. First Projected Snowfall Totals Released For Midweek Storm Taking Aim On Region
Just as a complex system that brought a mix of rain and sleet, and as much as a foot of snow or more in some spots moves east, the first projected snowfall totals have been released for a second storm on track for the Northeast midweek. It's due to arrive Wednesday, Jan. 25, and could deliver more snow across interior areas, but also perhaps even closer to the I-95 corridor, unlike the first storm this week, according to AccuWeather.com. Fredericksburg Police Seek Suspect Who Tried To Rob Subway Patron With Knife
Fredericksburg police are trying to identify the man who tried to rob a Subway patron while armed, officials said.On August 29, sometime before 7:30 p.m., the suspect entered Ssubway at Central Park and showed he had a knife while demanding money from a patron, according to the Fredericksburg Police Department. He then fled the scene in a light blue minivan, police reported. Anyone with information on his identity or this incident should contact police at 540-373-3122.
