A pair who exploited a 68-year-old man during an armed robbery in Prince William County have been apprehended, authorities announced on Tuesday.
Julianne Esmerelda Luciano-Rosario, 18, of Dumfries, and Marvin Gnansounou, 27, of Stafford, are facing a host of charges after being picked up for their alleged roles in an armed robbery late last month.
On Sunday, July 30, police say that officers were called to the 3100 block of Chesapeake Drive in Dumfries, after the 68-year-old man arranged to meet up with a woman in the area.

A screwdriver was the weapon of choice for a drunken and unlicensed carjacker who led a police pursuit in the stolen vehicle earlier this week in Prince William County, authorities said.
Sami Souhail Anwari, 23, of Woodbridge, convinced a 51-year-old man to give him a lift while outside of a business at Minnieville Road Monday evening, May 15, PWC County Police said.

One suspect has been captured and another at large in connection with a Prince William County abduction robbery, authorities said.
Damari Seyquan Campbell, 18, has been arrested while Alexander Lopez Jr., 18, remains at large, PWC police said on Tuesday, May 2.
The pair abducted a teen at gunpoint, forcing him to the back of his car then drove him around while forcing him to send them money on April 16, in Woodbridge, county police said.
