New details have been released after a Washington, DC man was killed by a 21-year-old driver on I-495 in Prince George’s County over the weekend. Olumide Stephen, 55, has been identified as the man changing a tire who was killed after Boyds, Maryland resident Surya Padmanahban unexpectedly lost control of his Toyota Prius and struck him in College Park. The ongoing labor dispute between CSX Transportation and its labor unions could have a major impact on riders in Maryland and Virginia.
