Crews Rappel Into Ravine To Rescue Woman Injured Crashing At Rock Creek Park (Video) First responders jumped into action on Tuesday afternoon to rescue a woman who found herself in a perilous position after crashing over an embankment and into a tributary at Rock Creek Park. DC Fire and EMS personnel were called at approximately 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25 to investigate a reported crash on Piney Branch Parkway near Beach Drive NW that left a woman trapped inside her vehicle.
