Convenience Store Shooter Facing 90 Years In Prison For Deadly Attack In Northeast DC: Feds A 19-year-old is facing 90 years in prison after being indicted on murder and other charges by a grand jury in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.  District resident Antwain Ulmer has been charged with murder while armed and weapons offenses in connection to the July shooting of 30-year-old Charles Sullivan last year. The shooting was reported inside a convenience store in the 700 block of Kenilworth Avenue NE.
