Police arrested Lester Galves Reyes after a woman complained he had stuck a camera beneath a shower partition at the Ida Lee Recreation Center at about 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, Leesburg police said. Officers arrested Reyes at the center without incident.
Officials charged Reyes with attempted unlawful creation of an image of another and disorderly conduct, police said. He was released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center after posting a $3,000 unsecured bond, officials said.
Investigators did not say if there were any other victims. They ask anyone with any information in the case or if someone thinks they may have been a victim to contact Detective M. Pacilla at 703-771-4500 or mpacilla@leesburgva.gov.
