Woman Charged With Maiming While DUI After Striking Pedestrian In Virginia, Police Say A pedestrian suffered serious injuries over the weekend after being struck by an allegedly intoxicated driver in Prince William County who was arrested on Monday for maiming him, officials say. Manassas resident Marta Alicia Molina Morales, 31, is facing a pair of charges following a crash reported early on Sunday morning that left a 26-year-old man injured. Officers were called shortly after 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 6 to the 9500 block of Lomond Drive in Manassas to investigate a crash, according to a spokesperson from the Prince William County Police Department.
