Motorcyclist Killed In Fairfax County Crash 'Will Forever Remain In Our Hearts,' Family Says A 20-year-old motorcyclist who was involved in a two-vehicle crash in Fairfax County last week succumbed to his injuries over the weekend, his family confirmed. Joshua Doan-Ha is being remember as "a remarkable soul who touched the lives of everyone around him," following his passing days after the motorcycle crash.
