Suspect Arrested After Woman Killed In Virginia Murder-For Hire Conspiracy, Police Say One person is in custody and another is wanted in connection to a murder-for-hire conspiracy that left a 23-year-old woman from North Carolina dead in Prince William County, police say. Drew Courtney Buchanan, 27 has been arrested in connection to the murder of Burlington resident Egypt Zapporah Carter in February, authorities announced on Monday.
