What started as a verbal altercation between two men on the Fourth of July landed one of them behind bars and another in a hospital bed following a stabbing in Virginia, authorities said. Darius Lamont Chisley, 49, of Warrenton, was arrested late on Thursday night following an incident with a 45-year-old man who was repeatedly stabbed, according to police.
